Turn Signal Lens Covers | Season 1-3

During seasons 1-3, KITT featured turn signal openings integrated into the nose. Acrylic (or plexiglass) was precisely cut and positioned over these openings to create a sleek appearance. However, after a few days of filming under the California sun, these additions began to sag. Consequently, K.I.T.T. sported the iconic "smile" look that became synonymous with the series. While the lens covers provided by Fanhome are deemed "good enough," if you aspire to achieve a more thorough and accurate representation for your model, your search ends here.
Christian Witt impresses once more with his exceptional eye for detail. Our lens covers, crafted through precision 3D resin printing, arrive with two coats of primer, followed by two coats of black paint. They are meticulously wet-sanded to achieve a smooth finish, and finally, polished using a two-step process with Meguiar's Ultimate Polish and Wax. The Lens Covers conveniently attach using pre-installed double-sided 3M tape, ensuring a straightforward installation process. I apologize on the price, but these parts take an exceptional amount of time to prepare.
Crafted from a specialized UV resin blend incorporating SIRAYA Blu, SIRAYA Smokey Black ABS-Like Resin, and SUNLU ABS-Like Gray, these components showcase a unique composition. The prints are skillfully engineered to possess flexibility, enabling them to endure a fall from a 4-5 foot height without breaking or shattering upon impact with a hard surface. Because of how thin this part is, it is recommend to handle with care when installing.
