PREMIUM DOOR TRIM PACKAGE V2
This 1:8 scale model door molding trim package includes the missing 6 piece (3 for each side) door trim moldings and 2 door locks. The molding was a premium feature for the Trans AM model, a detail that was missed on the Knight 2000 build. This 3D Print is made from UV resin, air brushed satin black, and protected with a clear matte gloss coat. They can be installed with CA glue, or use our pre-applied 3M sticky pads to apply to your model. Fit’s the K2000 build from Fanhome, DeAgostini, and Altaya 1:8 scale models. This is a larger sized print (length) and will automatically require the medium sized package. This will be done for you on checkout.

The Knight 2000 build is missing a key feature from the premium Trans Am model: the door trim seen on KITT in all four seasons. Fanhome also overlooked the door locks. This kit addresses these omissions, completing your model's appearance. Christian Witt once again demonstrates his exceptional attention to detail. The resin side moldings and door locks are airbrushed in flat black and sealed with a matte clear coat, while the door locks receive a gloss clear coat. Each piece can be installed using the pre-applied 3M double-sided tape, or you can choose a more permanent solution with CA glue. The set includes both left and right applications, 3D printed in UV resin, forming a deluxe 8-piece set. Version 2.0 features deeper and wider cuts for enhanced detail captured by the 3D printer, and we've upgraded to larger 14k resolution machines, resulting in astonishing detail. However, Version 2.0 is only a minor enhancement and not a necessary upgrade if you already own Version 1.0.
