Why is it called the "Larson" scanner? This style design was envisioned by Glen L. Larson back in the 70's for Battlestar Galactica for his Cylon robots. He liked the effect so much that he incorporated it into K.I.T.T.'s design. The "Larson" scanner name was first coined by evilmadscientist.com back in 2007.

HOW DOES THIS AFTERMARKET SCANNER DIFFER FROM THE OTHERS?
Ces pièces sont fabriquées à partir d'une formule de résine UV personnalisée composée de SIRAYA Blu, de SIRAYA Smokey Black ABS Like Resin et de SUNLU ABS Like Gray. Mes impressions sont conçues pour avoir une certaine flexibilité sur les petites pièces, et une force ABS sur les pièces épaisses qui peuvent résister à une chute d'une hauteur de 4'-5' pieds, et ne pas se casser ou se briser sur une surface dure. La lentille jaune du scanner est fabriquée en résine standard REPRAPPER et est plus fragile que mes autres pièces. A manipuler avec précaution.
